Site security involves being the front-line representative of the client’s facility that maintains organizational stability for control and protection. The primary purpose is to ensure the safety and security of all employees and visitors at the facility in a manner that does not compromise or interfere with the daily operating procedures.

• Routine security is responsible for preventing losses or damage to the client’s property.

• To prevent trespassers and unauthorized activities

• To enforce and comply with policies, post orders and client instructions.

• Maintain entry and access control - conduct weapons, contraband, and bag screening using visual and/or Handheld Metal Detectors (HHMD) methods as necessary to ensure a safe environment.

• Conduct visitor and building employee identification verification Perform roving patrols (as required – armed or unarmed) Generate incident and daily operating reports Monitor and respond to intrusion detection systems (CCTV).

• Monitor alarms and fire detection equipment Respond as necessary to support other life safety duties as identified in post orders and standard operating procedures.
